Terms of Service

Effective: August 20th, 2025

Terra Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as AI Tech Packs ("AI Tech Packs," "we," or "us"), provides artificial intelligence technology that assists with the creation, generation, and structuring of apparel and product technical packages ("Tech Packs") and related documentation to support design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes ("AI Tech Pack Services" or "Services").

By accessing or using the AI Tech Packs website, products, services, or any application (including mobile and web applications) provided by AI Tech Packs (collectively, the "AI Tech Packs Services" or "Services"), users-including all owners, employees, contractors, agents, and others who access or use the Services ("User" and "you")-agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms affect the legal rights and obligations of all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. If you do not agree, do not access or use any AI Tech Packs Services. For Users who have executed a separate written agreement for AI Tech Pack Services, the terms of that agreement will govern, and in the event of any conflict, that agreement will control.

1. Basic Terms of Service

1.1 Services

The AI Tech Packs Services allow Users to generate, edit, and manage Tech Packs and related materials by submitting designs, sketches, measurements, product details, and other creative or technical information ("User Content") for the purpose of generating AI-assisted technical documentation for personal, educational, commercial, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply-chain use.

1.2 Ownership of Content

Users represent and warrant that they own or are authorized to use all User Content submitted to the AI Tech Packs Services. This includes but is not limited to design sketches, material specifications, measurements, images, and product data.

1.3 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

1.4 Privacy Policy and Data Storage

User data, including User Content and personally identifiable information, is stored securely on AI Tech Packs' own servers. We do not sell or share User Content with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

To generate AI-assisted outputs, we may transmit portions of User Content to trusted third-party service providers such as OpenAI. OpenAI processes this data only to return AI-generated responses and does not retain or store User Content. The data used with OpenAI is not used to train their models or improve their services.

1.5 Account Security and Payment

Users are responsible for account security, payment for subscription services, and any activity under their accounts.

1.6 Subscriptions

Some Services are offered under a free trial; continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. No prorated refunds are provided.

1.7 Accuracy of User Information

Users must provide accurate information and may not post false, defamatory, or harmful content.

1.8 Prohibited Uses

Users may not submit confidential third-party information, infringe intellectual property, or use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

1.9 Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws related to intellectual property, privacy, and manufacturing standards.

1.10 AI Model Training

AI Tech Packs does not train its AI models on User Content or any proprietary data provided through the Services. User Content is used solely for generating Tech Packs and delivering the Services.

2. General Terms and Conditions

AI Tech Packs reserves the right to modify or terminate Services, monitor accounts, remove content, and restrict or suspend access for any violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property and User Rights

3.1 User Content

AI Tech Packs does not claim ownership of User Content. By submitting User Content, Users grant AI Tech Packs a limited license to process and use that Content solely to generate Tech Packs and related outputs.

3.2 AI Tech Packs Content

All AI Tech Packs software, designs, code, and related technology remain the property of AI Tech Packs. Users may not reverse-engineer or exploit AI Tech Packs intellectual property.

3.3 Trademarks

The names "AI Tech Packs" and "Terra Labs", along with all related logos, service marks, and trade dress, are trademarks of Terra Labs, Inc. and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Terra Labs, Inc. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI Tech Packs Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI Tech Packs makes no warranties that AI-generated Tech Packs are error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for manufacturing without additional review. Users are responsible for verifying accuracy before use in production or commerce.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI Tech Packs is not liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs;
  • Losses arising from use of Tech Packs in manufacturing or commerce;
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability, if any, is limited to $1,000.

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify AI Tech Packs against claims arising from their use of the Services, including intellectual property disputes or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

7. Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, unless Users opt out within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
